The fourth match of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) will be played today between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore. The match will take place at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai from 7:30 pm. Under the captaincy of Harmanpreet Kaur, Mumbai Indians won their first match against Gujarat. At the same time, Smriti Mandhana’s team Royal Challengers Bangalore had to start with a defeat against Delhi Capitals.

Mumbai Indians defeated Gujarat Giants by a huge margin of 143 runs. Left-arm spinner Saika Ishaq and captain Harmanpreet Kaur performed well in this win on Saturday. RCB looking for the first win
Royal Challengers Bangalore lost by 60 runs in the first match against Delhi on Sunday. Bangalore’s bowling was disappointing. Delhi scored 223 runs losing only 2 wickets in 20 overs. In response, Bengaluru could only manage 163 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs.
The team neither took wickets on time nor could score enough runs. Chasing a target of 224 runs, none of the batters could do much for Bengaluru except Smriti Mandhana, Heather Knight, Meagan Shutt, and Ellyse Perry. Captain Smriti Mandhana scored the most (35) runs. Although there are many big names on the team, they will also have to perform in big matches.
